Return Policy

Vehicles and equipment sold at auction are generally final sale as described in the listing and bidder agreement. Review condition reports and inspection opportunities before bidding.

If a listing materially misrepresents an item, contact marketplace support promptly with your lot number and documentation. Eligible cases are handled under marketplace policies; approved refunds return to the original payment method.

Use account messaging or the Contact / Help options on this site. We guide you through the next steps — you do not need to coordinate privately with third parties unless we instruct you.
